    If you're happy with the proposal, we will require a small one-off deposit to secure your spot, and that's it! You now have your very own VA!

    If you ever need to cancel or pause your services, you have the option to do so with a minimum notice period of either 7 or 30 days, depending on your retainer schedule.

Privacy and Security:

  • We've got both you and your clients covered when it comes to data security. In our contract, there are clear provisions that safeguard sensitive information, ensuring the confidentiality of deliverables, marketing strategies, customer details, and more. This ensures your brand identity and proprietary data remain private.

    We've also installed antivirus programs on our devices to help prevent malware and unauthorised access.

  • We prioritise the security of your clients' personal and health-related data.

    Currently, we use trusted platforms for appointment management and email marketing, including;

    These platforms come with robust security features to safeguard sensitive information. However, we're also open to working with any other platform preferences.

Software and Tools:

    Additionally, we work with website builders like Squarespace and Shopify, as well as email marketing such as Klaviyo. Mailchimp and Flodesk.

    These tools enable efficient appointment management and effective communication with your clients.
